Welcome to OCS
Founded in 1999, Oglethorpe Charter School was the first start-up charter middle school in the state of Georgia, serving grades six through eight. In 2012, we moved into a state of the art building located at 7202 Central Avenue, Savannah, Georgia. At the close of the 2023-24 school year, we celebrated our 25th year of partnering with parents and the community to inspire students to achieve personal and academic excellence. An OCS Student of the Month is chosen each month of the school year. Students are chosen based on the following criteria and represent what it means to be a True Titan.
