Welcome to OCS
Founded in 1999, Oglethorpe Charter School was the first start-up charter middle school in the state of Georgia, serving grades six through eight. In 2012, we moved into a state of the art building located at 7202 Central Avenue, Savannah, Georgia. At the close of the 2023-24 school year, we celebrated our 25th year of partnering with parents and the community to inspire students to achieve personal and academic excellence. All student medications must be picked up from the nursing office by Wednesday, May 21, 2025. This includes epi pens, insulin, inhalers, nebulizers, routine/PRN medications, etc. Items can be picked up between 7:15 am and 2:00 pm Monday through Friday. If medications are not picked up by May 21st at 2 pm, they will be taken to SCCPSS/BOE for disposal per board policy. You may contact Nurse Borden at 912-395-5079 or dolores.borden@sccpss.com.
